France Part I

After staying in Suffolk, England we took a plane from England to Paris, France. I booked another Airbnb in Montmartre which is in the art district of Paris. We had a beautiful view from our Airbnb as well as a short walk up to the highest point in Paris.

I cried when I saw the Eiffel Tower for the first time. It was an overwhelming sight. Everyone needs to see it at least once in their life.

That night we had dinner right down the street from the Sacré-Cœur. We ordered french onion soup, Croque Madame and ate some gelato.

The next day was filled with all of the touristy things we wanted to do. We saw the Eiffel Tower up close (during the day and at night), visited the Louvre, Opera House, Notre Dame and had the most wonderful dinner of steak frites. We ended the night with crepes and a walk to the Arc De Triomphe.

Ian's Dad served his mission in France and Orangina was one of his favorites. We took this picture just for him.

Paris was such a beautiful city. We will definitely be going back some day.
